OUR POLICY

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

 

• All orders EXCEPT WIG ORDERS are processed in the time they are received. However major holidays can cause a shipping delay of an extra day, so allow 1-2 business days of processing time. For all international orders please allow 7-14 days  to receive your order.

* Glam Barbz Co is also not responsible for any custom fees with international packages.

 

• For all wig orders please allow 3-4 days of processing time since some units are pre-purchased. 

 

 

REFUNDS

 

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUND, only STORE CREDIT.

Exchange is acceptable on wig orders if item have not been use and is  in the same condition the item was received.  *GLAM BARBZ CO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN SHIPPING FEES 

 

 

RETURN AND LOST PACKAGES

 

• If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to us, you are responsible for a $10 extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again. Glam Barbz Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves our facility and it is with the mail carrier we are no longer responsible or liable. By placing your order, you acknowledge you have read our policy and that Glam Barbz Co will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues.
